The view from our window was stunning! Once we got here, we were greeted by a really friendly owner. And, let me tell you, we absolutely loved chilling out on the terrace. Definitely lived up to its 3-star rating! 😊

We loved being in the Tuscany hills away from the hustle and bustle of Florence. The views were amazing. We were able to buy our own wine and sit up in the resturant area and relax. The first night we didnt arrive till 9.30pm after a long train ride from France. It was just so good to take a bottle of wine and share it in the upstairs outdoor area and enjoy the views. The staff were very helpful and made us feel very welcome.

Nothing really. I guess the only thing is the bus times are few and far between on a Sunday but that has nothing to do with the hotel.

The hotel is near to florence and to the wine road. Very comfortable . the staf help you for averything. The restorant in the hotel is very good mostly the tomato soop.

Family run Hotel. We meet the entire family during our stay 3 whole generations. The hotel was about a 25-30 minute bus ride from Florence. It was a great escape to a small town after long days of sightseeing in the busy city. The family that ran the hotel was very friendly and their son spoke good english and they were very willing to help in any way. The free breakfast was good. They also have a rooftop restaurant that is a great place to eat and watch the sunset. There food was probably the best place we ate in 2 weeks in italy. The fried zucchini flowers were delicious.

No airconditioning and no elevator. However we were there in June and did not get too hot.

I had an amazing stay in this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable and it had great hotel facilities, including a beautiful terrace with a stunning view. The location on the town square was perfect, and I was able to find parking easily. They also sold transportation tickets for the local bus to Florence. The breakfast had a variety of options, and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Overly expensive restaurant, and extremely hard bed

The hospitality of the Becucci family and staff was outstanding! They are were very accommodating and informative to help you experience all the area had to offer. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The church clock rang it's bells early to get your day started, all part of the Tuscan experience. The bus line for Florence is just across the street from the hotel and was a hassle free way to travel into the city. Impruneta is a quaint town with views of rolling hills full of olive trees and grape vines - Bella vista!

The breakfast was nice and there were options for both sweet and savory tastes. , the hotel had a good location close to the city center and public transportation. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Our stay during the Christmas holidays was not as pleasant as we had hoped. The heating system was not working properly, so the room was very cold.

The owners are very friendly towards their guests. The car parking in their courtyard is a bonus. Their rooftop restaurant provides a good, but expensive, dinner.

Inadequate breakfast, uninviting breakfast room. Our room was not bright like the photos on Booked.net, it was very small, dark and uninviting, needed freshening up, the bedside table top was broken. The room price was the same as we paid for a brand new large junior suite in Pienza in a hotel that served a fabulous fresh buffet breakfast.

The hotel is set within the market square of Impruneta, the owners are very welcoming and accomodating and extremely hospitable the rooms and beds are clean and comfortable.

Great view from the rooftop terrace and friendly reception staff. Key location facts were easy access to public transport and shopping center nearby. the advantage was the free breakfast.

The room was not properly cleaned, the towels were old and threadbare, and air-conditioning in the room was not working. the bed was too hard and uncomfortable to sleep on.
